Annual dinner with fellow msians..

Attended the MGSS (Malaysian German Student’s society) annual meeting cum dinner yesterday. I was quite impressed with how far they have gone to, to make this event take off successfully although there is still much room for improvement. It was held in a restaurant and the atmosphere provided was quite cosy and pleasant. The food was good except the fact that buffet dinner was served. Everyone was literally forced to line up in order to take their food doled out by some waiters behind the buffet table. Imagine almost 250 food-starved people lining up at a restaurant for food! Here’s a front view of the restaurant. It resembles an airport tower since it is located directly at the city airport.

I totally enjoyed the performance that night. There was a live band and the group members consist of musically talented students, who IMHO have chosen the wrong major in engineering instead of doing music. Their charm easily won the crowd over and oh my can they sing

All in all it was a night to remember. Two thumbs up to the organiser of this event!
