It´s getting real cold for the past few days with temperature at night dipping to as low as -17 deg Celcius. My hands are freezing as I´m typing this post and I´m considering of wearing gloves whenever I´m at my computer. I´m not kidding here. There´s of course heater in the room but call me vain, heater makes the air in the room (which is already dry) even drier and this in turn makes the skin drier. That´s why I turn the heater to the lowest level possible.

I realized that I lost my sense of smell to a certain degree in winter. Maybe because the air is so dry in winter that my nose keep producing mucus! I gotta have a tissue handy always. And you know what I brought along some tissues packets from msia here but I noticed the difference of texture of the tissues here and from those from home. The tissues here are much thicker because a thicker tissue is much better when you gotta sneeze your nose!

Sigh..while I was in msia, I complained about the heat and the humidity and it makes my skin so oily! And here I´m complaining about the dry air and my dry skin. Hmm…when will I learn to be content? The best part of being here is during spring and autumn when the air is not too dry and not too cold.
