To Moonlight or anyone who’s an egg tart fan, here’s the egg tarts recipe. It’s really worth trying it out .

It’s Friday night and it’s pizza night!! Thorsten’s mum seems to have this tradition, since don’t know when of making pizza for dinner every Friday evening. Maybe to celebrate the coming of weekend? I don’t know. She really makes everything from scratch, as in the dough and the tomato sauce. Since she went for holiday this weekend, so Thorsten and I decided to ‘make’ out own pizza . Err…’make’ as in buy the ready made dough and sauce from the supermarket loh… …hehehe. I’m too lazy to prepare the dough actually .

‘Making’ pizza is extremely easy actually. You just need to buy any food to your fancy as toppings. We had paprika, pepperoni, olives (I love olives!) and champignons. Top ‘em with as much cheese as you love and then shove it in the oven, wait for 20mins and that’s it.
