I’m Wii’ed!!

by Yen posted May 27, 2007 category C’est la vie

Have been playing non-stop with my Wii yesterday and the results, muscle pain on both my arms! No kidding! For your information Wii is the latest game console from Nintendo. The games which came together with the package are Tennis, Bowling, Baseball, Golf and Boxing and I like all of them! It is really entertainment pure.

Not only it puts your reaction to test, you also get to move your whole body while playing, thus moving away from the conventional consoles from its rivals. Nintendo has really created another art of playing games with its Wii. The remote control shown in the picture communicate with the receiver about the position of the player’s hands in space and portrays them realistically on the console.

I have read in some articles that the player can seem to be so engrossed with the game that the remote control got flung out of the grip Tongue Out 10! This..of course will not only damage the controller but also might hurt the people or damage the objects around you. After playing some time with it I definitely see why that can happen Winking 2. So that’s why you should put the strap around your wrist while playing like shown in the box. Ooops..pardon the mess after unpacking Shy 2.

My favourites are Tennis and Boxing! My arms are aching so much now after Boxing, almost like my Kickboxing class that I attended a few years back Winking 2. I was sweating like mad after the game! No doubt it’s a cool way to work out Tongue Out 10. Don’t believe me? This cool video clip just explains how you can play with Wii.

P/s: Chin and those who want a postie…I don’t have your address..please send them to me via email, k? Take care and have a great week ahead!

  1. Wow!!! Awesome.. I didn’t know there is such game now. looks like a virtual reality game..Syiok, man..Pardon me, I’m an addicted PC gamer so I’m excited about this new product. I dont’ think Wii is selling in Malaysia now. How much does it cost? Looks expensive wor..

Must it be plugged to the TV? Can’t be plug to PC monitor as the PC monitor higher colour resolution than TV?

  2. jaina: One can really get addicted to it! ;) I don’t know whether it’s sold in msia or not, but should be la…go get a look at Low Yat.
I bought it for around 300++Euro plus and extra remote control (yea for extra player means extra remote). As far as I know it must be plugged to TV just like Playstation or xbox.

  3. Jaina,
