Backdated post on Frankfurt

I was so excited with trying my Wii out that I forgot to post some pictures from my trip to Frankfurt Shy 2. The Main River dividing the city of Frankfurt. The picture below is a combination of two separate pictures Winking 2. So nice right? The white cottony clouds serve as a perfect backdrop for this picture.

The magnificent Opera House (Alte Oper) against the cloudless sky. There’s a café at the terrace! It must be nice sitting there and have a cuppa Latte Winking 2.
The Römerberg Platz with its unique shop houses. I took this while enjoying my cup of Banana Java Chip Chocolate at Starbucks. I was surprised that there are so many Starbucks in Frankfurt.

The magnificent Paul’s Church against the blue, blue sky.

The city of Euro, Euro and Euro Winking 2. The European Bank with the renown Euro sign.

One of the disadvantage to travel as a lone traveler is I’m not in the picture!! But I think these pictures will look nicer without me in it Winking 2 .

  3. Hey!

The Römerberg Platz looks like the “town area” of Bremen!! And, seriously, Starbucks thrives in Frankfurt?! Surprising!

    Nice pics! ;o)

  4. pieceofmind, jaina: Thanks :) Those are NOT postcards ;) They are real pictures I’ve taken and I just photoshoped them to look like that.

al: Thanks! I bet Bremen should look a little more historical than Frankfurt ;) although I’ve never been there…yet :)
