Menu: Bak Kut Teh with Pork Stomach.

I know, usually Bak Kut Teh is cooked with pork ribs but the butcher has run out of pork ribs (what to do, I’m staying in a small town), so pork stomach will have to do. After much cleaning and removing of excessive fat, the results were absolutely satisfying.

It was super easy to cook such delicacy. Just throw in a packet of A1 Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶) spices and some mushrooms, garlic and follow the instructions on the packet, the results, ta da!
A hot steamy bowl of bak kut teh for me ;) .
If only there’s ‘yao char kuey’ here. :roll:
