Attack of the eight-leggeds!
Aug 20, 2007 in C’est la vie
I love to have greeneries around me, which is why I wish to have a garden of my own one day. However having a garden comes together with some uninvited guests, which sometimes invade your garden and trespass your properties unnoticed, unannounced and left you unprepared! Heh..that’s the meaning of invasion right?
While I was gazing out of my living room window and enjoying the sunset yesterday, I was wondering why were there some thin woven threads in the air. My eyes automatically followed the direction of those ‘threads’ and then….voila..it was actually the abode of this creature which seemed so unperturbed with the clicking of my camera (of course I rushed off to grab my camera
).

And then today, look what I found in another corner of the garden. I think it’s the mommy spider of the picture above.

I think it was spinning its web at the moment or was it just waiting for a prey?

Look at its tummy and legs..so geli…. Thorsten said he’s using it for his desktop background at work
.
A closer look at it.

Sorry if I spoil your appetite, didn’t I warn you? Have a nice day
.

Eee … kit yen …. so small also you can find it .. hahahaha … need some gardening work already …
If I found the web anywhere, I will immediately destroy it and let the spider drop on the floor and I crush it with my feet…wah ha ha, i’m evil…
pieceofmind, they are actually not so small loh..especially the 2nd one..they are clever in camouflaging only
Jaina, hmm…I couldn’t bring myself to trample on them
loved your spider close-up! i find their patterns magnificent!
God’s a great painter on His creatures! (see my spider photos… http://heartrocklife.blogspot.com/2008/09/frighteningly-beautiful.html)
