Getting outdoors

Even if it’s cold. With the daily temperature hovering just slightly above 10°C and dipping as low as subzero degrees, I know it takes a great deal of motivation to go out and do a round of jogging.

I really need to get my body moving during the colder season because I tend to eat more food with high energy content to fight the cold. Or i.e..binge :) It doesn’t help if you sit the whole day in the office either. I’m feeling like I’m starting to get some winter spare tyres around the waist area! Eeewww!

So, I’m planning to do some jogging a few days a week. Let’s see whether it helps. Do you have some good tips for fighting weight gain?
