The moon

As I looked out of the window, the night was so bright.
The sky cloudless.
I looked up.
The moon so round and I thought I’ve never seen it so beautiful since Mid-Autumn Festival.
It shone so bright that it lighted my way.
I wonder what is it with the moon.
It tugged at my heart tonight.
Then I realized.
Another 15 days.
It is the coming of Spring.
Or Chinese New Year you may call it.
If you, my friend, have a little moment alone tonight.
Do look out of your window.
Because you never know.
That I’m looking up too and smiling at you.
I felt something else too.
That something is missing.
That is being at home.
