Class of ‘98

For those of you who attended the same classes as me during secondary school, did you realize that 2008 mark a significant milestone in our lives? It has been 10 years since we left school, since we bade our beloved teachers and friends farewell and embarked on our separate journey in life.
The beautiful young ladiesRemember this picture? I think it was taken during our last year in secondary school during a visit to the Pusat Sains Negara? Look at how young, innocent, and care free we were!! I kept this picture in my purse all this while, that’s why it looks a little worn out. I like this picture very much. :) This is the only one picture of us during high school that I have with me here in Germany, I must bring some back with me next time I go back home.

The first time I showed the picture above to Thorsten, his first impression was, why did everyone look almost alike ;) , the same hair style (except Loo Loo), and almost everyone is wearing a pair of glasses? To a European, almost all Asian girls look alike at first sight. But come to think of it, why did we all have short hair in the first place arh?
During CNY 07I managed to catch up with some of you during my trip back home for Chinese New Year last year.
Young and beautiful mum ;)
There was a poll started by Loo Loo on who, among us, will get hitched first ;) . I voted for our dear friend who’s residing in Singapore now, married and she’s become a young mother last June! I couldn’t help but wonder, how fast time flies. Didn’t we promise that we’ll have a reunion after 10 years leaving school? Well, this is it. What do you all think?
Gathering
Even though a lot of you aren’t in the pictures above, I remember who you are and I really hope to catch up with you! I miss you guys much!

    Bet u gals r realli accurate..hahaha..

  5. Chin: When can we meet again?

Jaina: I won’t be coming back for cny this yr :(

Voon: Thanks! :P Hmm…at the moment this blog is not open for multiple authors, so it’s not possible..but you can upload them in our yahoogroup photo album :)

Meeling: So how do you feel like being a mother now ;) ? Sigh…I wonder when’s my turn :P

  6. Ee Chin | Jan 26, 2008 |

Yen, I don’t know when we can meet. CNY is definitely not the time for me to go back.

  7. Meeling | Jan 26, 2008 |

Yen, it’s a great feeling..especially when ur biological clock is ticking.
Imagine the feeling of laughter wif ur own baby, kind of impossible to desribe and share unless u experienced it ;)
BUT, BUT, BUT..damn tired, no personal time for own works, well, i should say after my baby sleeps, den i have my own time..
One thing to remind all going-to-be mothers, dun dote on ur husband and do all the works on ur own, they will become fat and lazy.. :p
Make sure they help out to ease ur burden ;)
If anyone gg to join my world, let me know..
    I can be ur mentor..hahaha :p

  8. Hihihi…..Yea, already 10 years passed. I am looking old already. So scary. And the problem is, I am like Drew berrymore in the movie, Never Been Kissed. Alamak!!!!!

  9. Meeling: Sure I’ll consult you if I’m going to join the motherhood/ married life ;)

Lee Wah: We are not old looking la..just mature looking :) Think positive!
