Over the weekend, I finally took up the initiative to clear up my desks and files and documents that have been piling up over the weeks. I’m actually not much of a procrastinator but sometimes I do get a little lazy not so enthusiastic in getting ‘chores’ done. So it is time for some spring cleaning as Chinese New Year is just a few days away!

And guess what I found. A piece of time-yellowed newspaper page. I’ve nearly forgotten all about it. Yea, a few years ago, my batch appeared in the local newspaper of Konstanz, a small, scenic town located at the south of Germany.
As we just arrived in Germany, there was an event organized for us to introduce some of the potential universities that we may choose to further our studies. There was also someone from the local press there. However it didn’t occur to me that he was really going to write an article about it until the article was published.
The title reads “Young Malaysians on their road to success in Germany“. It was a group picture of my batch together with the organizer and someone from the Malaysian Embassy. Now almost everyone is back in Malaysia working. How fast time flies huh.
