Year of the Ox
Jan 24, 2009 in C’est la vie
While I’m thousands of miles away from my hometown, which will undoubtedly be brimming with life for the next few days, thousands of Chinese will be heading back to their hometowns to usher in the year of the Ox which starts next Monday!
I can already feel the hustle bustle of the festivities seeping in because the Chinese radio station has been airing Chinese New Year songs 24/7 for the past weeks!
For those who’s far away from home, I hope you have a joyous time celebrating with friends and your loved ones. I’d like to wish everyone, who’s celebrating Chinese New Year a very happy and prosperous year of the Ox!
祝大家新年快乐,心想事成, 万事如意,恭喜恭喜!

HAppy CNY to you too!!!
Have a happy and prosperous new year!
