La Cantina Mexicana
We had an early Valentine’s dinner to avoid the crowd on Saturday night. Ordered a specialty from their menu for two. 
It was a mixture of cuisine from North Mexico, or so they claimed it. I have no idea whether the food is anywhere near the original version, but from what I’ve tasted, it was extremely delicious! Midway through our meal, it dawned upon me that everything on that huge platter is edible! Even those cutie ‘baskets’ tasted like Nachos! It’s forgone conclusion that we cleaned the whole platter 
. (I guess I’ve had enough meat for the whole of next week.)
By the way, I’d love to wish you, Chin, a very happy birthday and another great year ahead! We are still as young as we are, at heart. *hugs*
