Menu for the weekend

I’m a staunch practitioner of healthy eating. Avoiding food with high unhealthy fat content, or that is too salty or too sweet. However once in awhile, I’ll throw my healthy eating habit to the wind because all I need at that moment was the totally opposite of healthy eating. There are times when I swear that pork loin doesn’t taste as good without that thin layer of fat.

Over the weekend I’ve had these on the kitchen table :) .

  4. wow, looks delicious. But all dishes need lots of time to prepare and cook.
    I think you will be tired at the end of day.
