A balmy spring evening

The weather forecast for the past weekend left much to be desired as it was going to be stormy and rainy towards the evening. I was however much surprised as the Saturday wore on, the sun was finally poking itself out amongst the heavy clouds. 
Although it wasn’t too warm, I could already feel the concentrated humidity wrapped around me. It was a delight to bask in the slightly moist air, like a soothing balsam to the skin. The storms and rain were nowhere to be seen. There is this subtle familiarity in the atmosphere that reminds me of home. For once, I don’t really mind the sweltering heat and stifling tropical weather. Because the moisture in the air is what my skin needs most!
