New plants in the garden

I’ve come to appreciate very much, organic plants grown from our own garden. The satisfaction that warms your heart when you see these plants grow in front of your eyes, little by little, everyday, is indescribable. With enough care and attention, they will reward you with the sweetest tomatoes, the freshest chilies and the most flavourful of parsley.
I’ve realised that parsley is such a versatile and easy-to-be-cared plants. These parsley above grew in no time into huge, thick bundles, rendering us some sweet, savoury tomato sauce and they are also great companion for salads!
Behold my new baby coriander plants! Truth be told, I’ve been looking high and low for coriander in Germany and I’ve come to a conclusion that coriander is not widely eaten in this country because so far I can only find them in Asian grocery shops here, which means they do not come cheap. Grounded coriander powder is usually sold in supermarkets but those fresh, leafy coriander is nowhere to be found. Therefore I was elated when I came across a store that sells coriander seeds, as I’ve also been searching everywhere for them.
We have another new plant above. It’s supposed to be a peanut plant. I haven’t actually seen a peanut plant before, let alone planted one! Can’t wait to see how they’ll turn out…
