Have you made a wish?
So, did you spot your shooting stars last night? It was supposed to be the peak of the meteor shower Perseids and I was all excited the whole day fervently wishing for a cloudless night. 
We headed out to the fields, away from the lights but apparently it was too much of a hope as all we got was a cloudy night. Some wishful thinking I have here…
When I was out with the dogs at 4 a.m., I’m not sure if I saw a shooting star, but I did see something shoting across the sky. It was clear skies, thank goodness.
