Across the border and back

We stay quite near the border of France-Germany and I love my short weekend getaways to the bordering town Strasbourg. One of my favourite corner in Strasbourg, the Petite France. I enjoy strolling by the rows of well-preserved half-timbered houses along the serene water canals and stop for lunch to taste the famous local Alsatian cuisine tarte flambée. Hmm..it’s good staying in the middle of Europe .
