Mac-ed
You may skip this post if you don’t wanna read about some boring computer stuffs.
I’ve finally got myself a Mac! I’ve been using Windows all these years and an upgrade was since long overdue. Bf was pestering me incessantly to finally get a new computer because he’s been asking me everyday how I could stand working on my snail-pace laptop. I’d usually disregard his comments on my faithful laptop with a derisive glare.
The laptop I’ve been using has never once failed me whereas my wheezy, not-quite-old, self-assembled computer has long given up on life. Well, I kept on putting off getting a new computer gear until one day, I got a pop-up message from Windows, warning me about being low in virtual memory. I could still bear the long time it took to start-up, or the angry, loud noise of the cooler and the seconds that passed by until a PDF-document is opened, or the momentous hanging of every opened programm whenever I had too many programms running. But that virtual memory warning was really my last straw.
So, to cut a boring story short, here I am writing my first post on my Mac and I L O V E everything I’ve discovered so far. The wide screen, the speed (Okay, I totally understand why bf was always scoffing at my laptop now
), the user friendliness, the everything.
wow, I’m sure Macbook is impressive and amazing.
